Our clients are Swedish heavy equipment workshops who are looking for mechanics with professional work experience to join their team.
Mechanic’s job duties :
🔧 Vehicle and machinery maintenance and repair
- Performing maintenance and repair work related to heavy equipment (construction machinery, trucks, buses);
- Documentation and reporting of work;
- Carrying out diagnostic work and identifying errors;
- Completing technical training and staying up to date with professional innovations.
🛠️ Solving technical problems
- Failure analysis and application of appropriate repair techniques;
- Replacement and adjustment of spare parts;
- Ensuring the operational condition of vehicles and machinery.
📋 Filling out documentation
- Reporting on work performed and completing necessary documents in English;
- Repair history tracking and systematic information entry in English.
👨🔧 Collaboration with the team
- Working with other mechanics and technicians;
- Communicating with clients and supervisors regarding necessary improvements.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of work experience (with professional education) or 4 years of work experience (without professional education) as a mechanic;
- Good English language skills (B1) in speaking and writing;
- Citizenship of a European Union member state.

Salary and bonuses:
- Gross monthly salary: 31,000 – 42,000 SEK (2,696 – 3,654 €).
- Net monthly salary: 22,818 – 30,291 SEK (2,120 – 2,800 €);
- Annual salary review and possible individual salary increase;
- Performance-based salary: additional bonus of up to 10,000 SEK (925 €) per year;
- State pension + employer pension (total 23% of gross salary);
- Sports allowance: 3,500 SEK (323 €) per year;
- One-time grant of 18,391 SEK (1,700 €) for relocation with family or alone and for language learning.
